Description : INVITATION TO BID FOR Supply, Handling, Transport, and Delivery of Organic Soil Amendments (Liquid)
1) The Philippine Coconut Authority XI, through the Coconut Village Development Project - Vegetable Intercropping 2026 intends to apply the sum of Two Million Two Hundred Thirty Thousand Eight Hundred Pesos (P2, 230, 800.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Supply, Handling, Transport, and Delivery of Organic Soil Amendments. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2) The Philippine Coconut Authority XI now invites bids for the Supply, Handling, Transport, and Delivery of Organic Soil Amendments to DOPs of Region XI . Delivery of the Goods is required within 30 calendar days upon receipt of the Notice to Proceed. Bidders should have completed, at least 10 years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, contracts similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II. Instructions to Bidders.
