SUPPLY, HANDLING, TRANSPORT AND DELIVERY ORGANIC SOIL AMENDMENT FOR SORSOGON
1) The Philippine Coconut Authority (PCA) Region V, through the CY 2025 CFP2 intends to apply the sum of Two Million Five Hundred Six Thousand Four Hundred Thirty Pesos (PhP 2, 506, 430.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Supply, Handling, Transport and Delivery of Organic Soil Amendment for Sorsogon under Public Bidding No. 2026-08. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2) The PCA Region V now invites bids for Supply, Handling, Transport and Delivery of Organic Soil Amendment for Sorsogon under Public Bidding No. 2026-08 using the fit-for-purpose procurement strategy through the Competitive Bidding mode, applying the Most Advantageous and Responsive Bid (MARB) as the award criterion.
