The Philippine Coconut Authority (PCA) Region IX, through the Coconut Carabao Development Project CY 2024 intends to apply the sum of Php4, 000, 000.00 being the ABC to payment under the contract for Supply, Handling Transport and Delivery of fifty (50) heads of Dairy Carabaos. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
