Abstract: HealthTrust Europe is a Group Purchasing Organisation (GPO) and wherever possible tender to procure commitment based contracts on behalf of its members, exclusively for its members. This allows economies of scale for GPO members and commitment for suppliers. HTE has eighteen GPO members at the time of publication of this ITT.This ITT will be run as a GPO open procurement exercise which means it is exclusively limited to HTE GPO members who have agreed to participate by entering a Call-Off Contract under the Framework Agreement.
