Supply of GPS and/or VHF collars for satellite and telemetric monitoring of Alpine ibex populations in the Vanoise National Park (BOAMP Opinion No. 23-159241)
Purpose: The purpose of this consultation is to provide beacons (GPS and VHF collars), in order to equip thirty individuals (females) with GPS beacons and ten individuals (females) with VHF beacons. Two separate lots: Lot 1: Supply of thirty GPS collars (30 females) and additional services Lot2: Supply of ten VHF collars (10 females) and additional services ANNEXED SERVICES COMMON TO THE 2 LOTS 1) Training of two agents from the Vanoise National Park responsible for programming and using the equipment provided, 2) Supply of a simplified and functional user documentationization and programming of equipment (hardware and software) written in French, 3) Supply of planning software for programming beacons (calculation of the lifespan of beacons in relation to the location or transmission frequency), 4) Subscriptionnating data transmissions, 5) Maintenance of equipment.
