This Rfp Covers the Immediate Requirement for a Replacement Governor System at Seton Generating Station (Son), As Well As Additional Future Requirements Anticipated As Other Projects Acquire Internal Approvals and Funding. for a List of Anticipated Governor Projects in Bc Hydro`S 10 Year Capital Plan, Please Refer to Attachment B - Reference Information. Preliminary Proposals Are Sought Under This Rfp in Respect of Two of Such Anticipated Future Projects: Jordan River (Jor) and Kootenay Canal (Kcl). Proponents May Submit Proposals for Standard (Non-Prv) Governor System Requirements, Prv Governor System Requirements, or Both. Bc Hydro`S Intent is to Award Blanket or Master Supply Agreement Contracts for the Anticipated Requirements As Follows: - Award Contracts to up to Two (2) Suppliers for Standard Governor System Requirements; and - Award Contracts to up to Two (2) Suppliers for Prv Governor System Requirements. Each Contract is Expected to be for an Initial Term of 7 (Seven) Years, which May be Extended at Bc Hydro`S Discretion for up to 2 (Two) Additional 3 (Three) -Year Period(S), for a Potential Total Term of 13 (Thirteen) Years. This Procurement May Involve Negotiation. This Opportunity is Subject to Chapter 5 of the Canadian Free Trade Agreement. All Responses Should be in English. Bc Hydro and Power Authority
