1. The Local Government Unit of Kabacan, through MENRO intends to apply the sum of Eighty Six Thousand Four Hundred Pesos (P86, 400.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Supply of Garbage Compactor Tires. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected during bid opening.

2. The Local Government Unit of Kabacan, now invites bids for the Supply of Garbage Compactor Tires. Goods must be available five (5) calendar days upon receipt of Purchase Order. Eligibility of Bidders must be at least holding a Red membership in PhilGEPS.

3. The Bidder/supplier shall provide 4” CHB immediately upon requested on a credit basis but shall not be exceeded with the ABC. The bidder/supplier shall submit to the Procuring entity a billing statement accompanied by an invoice.
