Description : INVITATION TO BID FOR
Supply of Fuel for the use of City Government of Kidapawan
1) The City Government of Kidapawan, through the LGUs, the proposed Local Expenditure Program intends to apply the sum of Two Million Eight Hundred Ninety Nine Thousand Nine Hundred Sixty Pesos (Php2, 899, 960.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Supply of Fuel for the use of City Government of Kidapawan. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2) The City Government of Kidapawan now invites bids for Supply of Fuel for the use of City Government of Kidapawan6. Delivery of the Goods is required Thirty (30) calendar days. Bidders should have completed, at least Two (2) Years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, contracts similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II. Instructions to Bidders.
3) Bidding will be conducted through competitive bidding procedures using a non- discretionary “pass/fail” criterion as specified in the IRR of RA No. 12009.
