This consultation was carried out according to the open call for tenders procedure in application of articles L. 2124-1, L. 2124-2 and R. 2161-2 to R. 2161-5 of the public procurement code. Framework agreement for purchase orders. The services, broken down into 2 lots, the services concern the purchase of fuel at the pump, with accrediting cards or badges, for vehicles in the City of Saint-Jean-de-Monts' automobile fleet running on Diesel, Unleaded or AdBlue. The services also include on the supply of non-road diesel (GNR) and domestic fuel oil (FOD) fuel which are stored in tanks located at the municipal technical services of Saint-Jean-de-Monts. All lots of the framework agreement are single-awarded Supply fuel: diesel, Unleaded and AdBlue, at service stations with accrediting cards or badges for the needs of city vehicles The number of vehicles on the date the consultation was sent is: -54 Diesel vehicles -8 SP 95 or 98 vehicles, including 3 two-wheeled vehicles and 3 quads. Concerning the consumption of SP fuels, two-thirds (2/3) of the annual quantity fuels mowers, generators, road paint stripers, etc. various machines other than vehicles.
