Collection of fuel or electricity, provision of electronic toll badges and ancillary services by cards and/or accrediting devices Bulk fuel supply and delivery The purpose of this consultation is the supply of fuel or electricity and related services The Roissy Pays de France agglomeration community, made up of 42 municipalities which extend over the departments of Val-d'Oise (95) and Seine-et-Marne (77), over 342 km2 around the Roissy airport platform - Charles de Gaulle. The scope of intervention includes the vehicle fleet of the Roissy Pays de France urban community and the vehicle fleets of the member municipalities of the command group. The framework agreement is executed within the framework of a group of orders in accordance with the articles L. 2113-6 to L. 2113-8 of the Public Procurement Code with the following buyers identified at the time of launching the consultation: - Roissy Pays de France agglomeration community; - Municipality of Claye-Souilly; - Municipality of Juilly. The coordinator of the group of orders is the Roissy Pays de France urban community. He is responsible for the execution, signing and notification of the framework agreement.
