Tenders are invited for Supply of Foods and Related Services in the Food Outlets at the Sentra Court of University of Moratuwa - Chinese/Sri Lankan/Indian/Fruit Juice

a. Chinese style food outlet
b. Sri Lankan style food outlet
c. Indian style food outlet
d. Fruit Juice outlet

Bidding documents can be inspected free of charge at the office of the Capital Works & Services,
University of Moratuwa and further information can be obtained from the Senior Assistant Registrar/
Capital Works & Services Division, University of Moratuwa (Tel. 0112640516). A complete set of
Bidding Documents in English Language can be purchased by interested bidders on submission of
a written application addressed to the Senior Assistant Registrar / Capital Works & Services,
University of Moratuwa on working days from 05.02.2024 to 26.02.2024 from 9:00 am to 3:00
pm, upon payment of a non-refundable bid fee of Rupees One Thousand (LKR. 1000/-) to the
Shroff of University of Moratuwa. The method of payment will be in cash.
A Bidder may submit for more than one food outlet. Bids prepared separately for each food outlet (if
applicable) should be sent by registered post to the below address to reach at or before 2.30 p.m.
on 27.02.2024 or be hand delivered and inserted in the Tender box placed at the office of the Senior
Assistant Registrar / Capital Works & Services, University of Moratuwa by indicating the name
of the food outlet together with the bidding number “UM/CWS/SENTRA COURT/2024-Chinese/
Sri Lankan/Indian/Fruit Juice* (*Irrelevant words are to be deleted)” on the top left corner of the
envelope. Late bids shall be rejected. Alternative bids are not accepted.
A Pre-bid Meeting will be held on 15.02.2024 at 10.30 a.m. at Capital Works & Services Division,
University of Moratuwa.
Bids shall be valid up to the date of 27.05.2024.

All Bids shall be accompanied by a Bid Security of LKR. 20, 000.00 in the form given in the Bidding
document, valid up to date of 24.06.2024.
