Tender Details

Tenders are invited for Supply of Food and Beverage Requirements to Banana Island Resort, Souq Waqif Boutique Hotels, Al Najada Hotel and Souq al Wakra Hotel.

Tender Bond 5% of the total tendered price

Tender Fee: QR 1, 000

7 . The successful tenderer is required to submit a performance bond issued by a bank operating in the State of Qatar equivalent to 10% of the total contract sum and shall be valid for a period expiring 30 days after contract expiry.
8 . Offers should be valid for 90 days commencing from the closing date (as stated above).
9 . ARPM has the right to increase or decrease the cope of services by 20% with the same terms and conditions.
10. ARPM is not bound to accept the lowest tender thereof. or any other tender and is under no obligation to show any reasons
11. Bids should be submitted not later than 12:00 noon on the closing date and must be deposited ii ito the Box, provided in the ARPM Purchasing office, located at the 9th Floor, ARPM, Head office and should be in sealed envelopes
addressed to the Chairman - Tenders Committee, quoting the Tender Number and Subject.
12. Offers arriving thereafter may not be considered.
