Number of Fleet Cards 1. Cards for twenty-five (25) vehicles (please see attached Annex A).
Two (2) Admin Cards for other requirements and generator sets.
Card Features 1. For Vehicle - Vehicle Card with the Office name and plate number embossed on each card.
2. For generator sets - the Admin Card must be issued with the office name and the name of the accountable officer.
Membership Fee • The issuance of fleet cards is free of charge for vehicles and generator sets listed in Annex A and newly enrolled vehicles, if there are any.
Product Standard Description The fuel type should include diesel and gasoline (premium, unleaded, and regular).
