Free after-sales service must be provided by the tenderer for a minimum period of One (01) year.01. Catalogue & full technical data should be submitted by the tenderer with their bid.02. Manufacturer Authorization Letter (if needed) is also required in the original.03. Tenderer must have ISO Certificate of 14001:2015, 9001:2015, ISO 45001:2018 in favor of furniture manufacturer/production 04. The bidder must be an ISO-certified furniture manufacturer. In case the bidder is a supplier, an original authorization letter issued by the manufacturer shall be submitted. The manufacturer shall provide all required supporting documents in favor of the bidder, confirming full compliance with the stipulated eligibility criteria.5. Tenderer must have Powder Coating & Heat Paint Plant, MS Pipe/SS Manufacturer plant.6. The minimum amount of financial resources as liquid asset or working capital or credit line(s) or specific credit commitment or in any combination of them, of the Tenderers shall be Tk 14, 50, 000.00 [14.50 lakh]7.
