Tender Details

Tenders are invited for Purchase and Supply of Fertilizers and Pesticides for Grain Crops.

Fill out all the data required in the pre-qualification form specified below for suppliers accurately and carefully, taking into account the criteria and terms of reference for evaluating the qualifications of the supplier to include it in the list of approved and qualified suppliers with it.
It should be submitted in closed envelopes sealed with red wax and written on it “Invitation to register in the lists of suppliers of the General Organization for Grain Development and Production for the year 2023 AD, in addition to attaching all the following documents:

1. A copy of (data of the required fertilizer product - country of origin - manufacturer - trade name).
2. A copy of the chemical analysis examination certificate for the required fertilizer (components used in the manufacture of fertilizer).
3. A copy of the required fertilizer examination certificate in Yemen.
4. A valid copy of the following cards (tax, sales tax, insurance, zakat) for your founder.
5. A copy of the commercial register relating to the activity of your company or establishment, renewed.
6. A copy of the fertilizer import certificate.
7. A copy of the certificate of practicing the specialized profession, not the general one.

Technical criteria for pre-qualification of suppliers of fertilizers and pesticides:

1. He should have previous experience in purchasing and supplying the required fertilizers and pesticides.
2. To abide by the general technical conditions and specifications of materials and purchase requirements.
3. That he has executed similar previous supply contracts.
4. To abide by what is contained in the documents related to the request for financial and technical bids, stamp and sign them upon request.
5. The companies' most important fertilizers and pesticides, which are used for grain crops.

The last date for receiving envelopes is Wednesday, 30 Shaaban 1444 AH, corresponding to March 22, 2023 AD, in which the record of receipt of the envelopes of qualification documents will be recorded. Envelopes received after this date will not be accepted and will be returned in their delivered condition to their owners.

The envelopes will be opened at the Foundation-s headquarters, the Office of Purchasing and Warehouse Management, in the presence of the envelope owners or their representatives with an official authorization signed and sealed on Saturday 3 Ramadan 1444 AH corresponding to March 25, 2023 AD at 10 am.
