Description : INVITATION TO BID FOR Supply, Fabrication, Delivery, And Installation of Traffic Signages in Cebu Baseport
1) The Cebu Port Authority, through the Corporate Operating Budget (COB) intends to apply the sum of ₱ 9, 197, 000.00 being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for “Supply, Fabrication, Delivery, And Installation of Traffic Signages in Cebu Baseport” with the Project Identification Number 2026-10-GO. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2) The Cebu Port Authority now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Delivery of the Goods is required within 60 calendar days upon receipt of the Notice to Proceed (NTP) of this project. Bidders should have completed, at least five (5) years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, contracts similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II. Instructions to Bidders.
