The subject of this procedure is: Delivery of devices for physiotherapy and dermatological treatments. The subject of the order was divided into 3 packages: Package No. 1 - Platform for aesthetic and dermatological treatments. Package No. 2 - Device for electrotherapy, laser therapy and magnetotherapyPackage No. 3 - Device for electrotherapy, ultrasonic therapy and combination therapyPartial offers: It is allowed to submit partial offers for one or more selected parts (also for the entire order). The subject of the order should be implemented based on the assumptions specified in the assortment and price specifications for packages - Annex No. 2 to the SWZ, in the technical specifications constituting Annex No. 3 to the SWZ and in the designed provisions of the contract constituting Annex No. 4 to the SWZ. The contractor is obliged to complete the order on the terms and conditions described in the contract template including the draft provisions of the public procurement contract, which will be introduced into the content of this contract - Annex No. 4 to the SWZ. The description of the subject of the order does not require taking into account specific requirements regarding accessibility for disabled people. The Contractor will provide the Ordering Party with at least a 12-month warranty for package No. 1 date of signing the acceptance protocol, in the scope of package no. 2 and 3, at least 24 months warranty from the date of signing the acceptance protocol.
