6. Contract description
The aim of the contract is supply, delivery, installation, commissioning, inspection, testing, training and warranty services of the equipment to entirely equip the NACORAC office which is to be established in a newly constructed building. Within the scope of the contract; equipment for settlement, ICT infrastructure and furnishing of the NACORAC office will be supplied. The contract scope for settlement includes the equipment such as office indoor sensor systems, UPS, air conditioning system, environment monitoring system, generator, transformer, energy system, dead room. The contract scope for ICT infrastructure includes the office ICT equipment such as telephone system, videoconference system, PC; off-the-shelf and to be developed software for in house operation of the NACORAC and integration with the IT systems of the stakeholder institutions and equipment for a data center. The contract scope for furnishing equipment covers the basic office equipment such as furniture, lightning system and ventilation system.
