3. The subject of the contract is the purchase and delivery:

-Rump. 1 - esophageal impedance apparatus - 1 item,

2 - device for the vacuum wound therapy - 2 pcs.

-Rump. 3 - endoscopic wardrobe - 2 pcs.

4 - endoscopic set - 1 item

5 - laparoscopic equipment - 1 item,

6 - gastroscope - 4 pcs.

7 - colonoscope - 4 pcs,

8 - EUS Ultrasound endoscope - 1 pc.

9 - bronchoscope - 1 pc

10 - choledochoscope - 1 pc.

The warranty will be calculated from the date of signing the final acceptance report.

6. The Contractor guarantees:

a) transport, assembly, transfer of equipment/goods for use along with the necessary approvals, certificates enabling the provision of health services using it,
