The main need is defined in Appendix 1 to the Act of Commitment attached to the Consultation File of companies In accordance with article 16.1 of the CCAG-FCS, the University of Bordeaux has decided to include, in the consultation documents for this framework agreement, a condition of execution by means of a mandatory social action clause, known as the clause employment promotion. The terms of implementation of this clause are specified within the CCP. Likewise, the CCP includes an execution condition aimed at preserving the environment and includes an environmental judgment criterion.
