Supply of an EL/PL imager for large and tandem modules CEA LITEN wishes to acquire an EL/PL imager for large and tandem modules. The contract includes the following mandatory options: -Option n°1: PL (linear scanning with lighting uniform) to distinguish the Voc and the Rs (contactless) on the aligned silicon half cells -Option n°2: automatic acquisition in sequence with at least two excitation wavelengths for EL and PL -Option n°3: height adjustment of sample and camera -Option n°4: supply of UVF filters to block excitation light The contract also includes the following optional options: -Option n°5: control of each element in simple language during image acquisition procedure -Option n°6: supply of MC4 cables and connectors and crocodile clips for the panel chains -Option n°7: Dark IV with 4-point probes and maximum current selection -Option n°8: camera height adjustment and the lamp -Option n°9: the price of transport, insurance included, according to the DAP CEA Grenoble conditions (Incoterms ICC 2020 Convention) Doc Title: Supply of an EL/PL imager for large and tandem modules Contract Type: supplies
