The description, technical characteristics and estimated quantities of elegas (SF6) and elegas (SF6) in synthetic air are specified in Technical Specification No. 23.АЕТ.ТЗ.611.

The procedure is aimed at concluding a framework agreement, with an effective date3 (three) years from its conclusion or until its limit value is reached, whichever occurs first. The contracting authority will conclude a framework agreement with all contractors for whom there are no grounds for removal and whose bids meet the pre-announced conditions of thethe bidder.

The criterion for awarding the order is "lowest price", and the bids of the participants will be ranked according to the lowest total amount calculated on the basis of estimated quantity and unit price. The contractor of each specific contract will be determined on the basis of the most economically advantageous offer, opdetermined by the award criterion: "lowest price". The maximum value of all assignments under this framework agreement is BGN 68, 000.00; The threshold value of the framework agreement is its estimated value. Public procurement contracts will be concluded on the basis of a frameworko agreement, and the contractors will be invited to participate in an internal competitive selection.
