La Poste, a major postal and financial service operator, seeks to modernize and optimize their fleet of electronic payment terminals (VSEs) to continue to offer quality service to its customers. A TPE is a box used at the counter or inserted in an automaton, for receipts by bank cards from our consumer and professional customers. With a diversity of activities ranging from the sale of postal products to banking services via the postal bank, the objective is to ensure that each point of contact concerned has an efficient payment terminal, secure and adapted to specific needs.
The purpose of this consultation is to maintain the current functional perimeter, that is to say an autonomous monetic operation (payment terminals operating independently without going through a centralized server), and to prepare a possible Evolution from La Poste Monetic to a centralized monetic (payment terminals connected to a centralized server).
As an indication, the park is around 25, 000 TPE. This consultation must allow The acquisition of TPE to ensure:
- the replacement of terminals broken down as part of the maintenance
- the renewal of obsolete terminals as part of annual equipment plans
