Tender Details

1. The subject of this order is the supply (sale) of electricity for the facilities listed in Annex No. 1 to the SWZ description of the subject of the order. Electricity demand in the period from January 1, 2027 to December 31, 2027 is: 579, 777 kWh.2. The detailed scope of the order has been specified in Annex No. 1 to the SWZ, in accordance with the provisions of the Act of April 10, 1997, Energy Law. Other conditions regarding the execution of the order are specified in the draft provisions of the electricity sales agreement, Annex No. 2 to the SWZ.3. Electricity will be supplied on conditions specified in the provisions of the Energy Law Act of April 10, 1997 and in accordance with the implementing regulations issued to this Act, in particular with the customer service quality standards specified in the Regulation of the Minister of Climate and Environment of November 29, 2022 on detailed rules for shaping and calculating tariffs and settlements in electricity trade.
