Tender Details

1. Electricity supplies will be carried out on the basis of separate sales contracts concluded between individual Entities (acting on their own behalf) and the Contractor.2. The subject of the order is the supply (sale) of electricity by the Contractor (Seller) to the Ordering Party (Recipient) to all collection points specified in Annex No. 1 constituting an attachment to the description of the subject of the order.3. The subject of the order will be implemented under the conditions specified in the Act of April 10, 1997 - Energy Law (Journal of Laws of 2026, item 43, as amended) together with the implementing provisions, hereinafter referred to as the Law energy.4. The estimated energy consumption during the period of validity of the contract for organizational units of Siemiatycze County over a period of 12 months is 276, 844 MWh (276, 844.00 kWh).5. List of energy consumption points with information on applicable contracts and energy consumption divided into tariff groups is included in Appendix No. 1 to the description of the subject of the order.6.
