3.1. The subject of the contract is:

3.1.1. Part I - supply of energy confirmed by RES guarantees of origin, settlement of energy generated in the installations of participants on the basis of the "old prosumer" and repurchase of surplus energy generated in the installations of participants on the basis of the "new prosumera*" in the period from 01/07/2023 to 31/12/2023

3.1.2. Part II: handling the purchase and supply of energy confirmed by RES guarantees of origin, handling the settlement of energy generated in the participants' installations on the basis of the "old prosumer" and repurchase of surpluses energy generated in the participants' installationson the basis of a "new prosumer"* in the period from 01/01/2024 to 31/12/2024

* (including 2 PPE have a small photovoltaic installation with an installed capacity of over 50 kWp and have the status of an energy producer)
