Tender Details

1) The subject of the order is the comprehensive supply of electricity, including the sale of electricity and the provision of energy distribution to the premises and facilities of the Ordering Party. 2) Forecasted amount of energy consumption - 1, 555, 334 kWh, including energy settled in the tariff: a) C12a - in the forecast amount 1, 534, 910 kWh b) C12w - in the forecast amount of 16, 620 kWh c) C12b - in the forecast amount of 972 kWh d) C11 - in the forecast amount of 2, 832 kWh 3) Place of electricity supply: 75 electricity reception points, specified in Annex No. 2 to the SWZ. 4) The Ordering Party informs that these are estimates annual energy consumption is for calculation purposes only and does not constitute an obligation to purchase it. The actual amount of energy purchased during the execution of the contract will result solely from the current needs of the Ordering Party. 5) Electricity should meet technical standards in accordance with the applicable Energy Law together with implementing regulations, regulations for the operation of electrical devices while maintaining the regulations for the construction of electrical devices, occupational health and safety regulations and current standards. 6) Sale of electricity and provision of distribution services will be carried out on conditions specified in the Act of 10 April 1997.
