Task No. 1 - Supply of electricity to facilities classified in the C11 tariff group; Task No. 2 - Supply of electricity to facilities classified in the C21 tariff group; Task No. 3 - Supply of electricity to facilities qualified to the G11 tariff group; Task No. 4 - Supply of electricity to facilities classified in the G12 tariff group. 1. The subject of the order is the supply of electricity to facilities classified as tariff groups C 11, C 21, G 11, G 12, whose description and location are included in Annexes No. 1a-d to the SWZ and Chapter XIX of the SWZ. 2. The sale of electricity will take place under the conditions specified in the provisions of the Act of April 10, 1997 Energy Law (consolidated text: Journal of Laws of 2026, item 43, as amended), hereinafter referred to as the Energy Law Act and the implementing acts issued on its basis. 3. The Contractor must have a General Distribution Agreement concluded with the Distribution System Operator, i.e. Stoen Operator Sp. With o. o. (for facilities in Warsaw) or PGE Dystrybucja S.A. (for facilities in: Jabłonna, Konstancin Jeziorna, Marki, Stanisławów, Błonie, Mrozy, Żabia Wola, Wiązowna, Prażmów, Leszno, Pomiechówek, Radzymin, Raszyn, Karczew, Warszawa-Wesoła ul. I Praskiego Pułku 21). 4. As part of the subject of the order, the Contractor will be obliged to commercially balance the energy purchased by the Ordering Party. 5.
