Tender Details

The subject of the order is the supply of electricity within the meaning of the Act of April 10, 1997, Energy Law (Journal of Laws of 2026, item 43, as amended) to electricity consumption points (called PPE), traffic lights, ITS system devices and derivative devices listed in Annex No. 1 to this Description of the subject of the contract, located within the administrative boundaries of the city of Opole, which are managed by the Municipal Road Authority in Opole. Guaranteed CoverageThis order does not include services electricity distribution. The Contractor will be obliged to supply electricity for the entire duration of the Agreement, provided that the supply of electricity to all energy consumption points (PPE) will commence from the date conclusion of the Agreement, but not earlier than July 30, 2026. The number of PPEs on the day of signing the Agreement is 85 pieces. A detailed list of energy consumption points, along with their characteristics, is presented in Annex No. 1 to the description of the subject of the order (part III of the SWZ) and Agreement.
