Tender Details

The subject of this public procurement is the establishment of a dynamic purchasing system (hereinafter referred to as "DNS") for entering orders to ensure the purchase, supply and distribution of electricity and gas.

The contracting authority divided DNS into 2 categories:

Category no. 1: Supply of electricity

Subject to ordersentered in the DNS within the 1st category will ensure the purchase, delivery and distribution of electricity to take-off points according to the specific needs of the public contracting authority and recipients for the duration of the DNS, in a quality corresponding to the specification stated in the Operator's Technical Conditionsof the distribution system, including taking responsibility for the deviation and its transportation by the distribution system to the collection points.and receivers for the duration of the DNS, in a quality corresponding to the specification stated in the Technical Conditions of the distribution system operator, including assuming responsibility for the deviation and its transportation through the distribution system to the collection points.

The supplier will provide comprehensive services related to thevisible, safe, stable and comprehensive supply of electricity/natural gas to the collection points, including taking responsibility for deviations towards the counter of deviations for each collection point and under the conditions set out in the Contract/Framework Agreement.
