Tender Details

This framework agreement concerns the supply of electrical, hardware, plumbing, carpentry and painting equipment for the needs of the municipality of Noisiel and its Communal Social Action Center (CCAS). The terms of execution are described in this Specifications of Special Clauses (CCP) common to the 5 lots. The contract gives rise to a single-award framework agreement with purchase orders, in accordance with article R. 2162-2 of the Public Procurement Code, awarded without a minimum amount and with a maximum order amount set per batch, for each 12-month period. The holder undertakes to carry out an action to integrate people experiencing particular social or professional difficulties (Cf. appendix 1 to the CCP and article 20 of the present CCP). It takes effect from October 11, 2026 (or its notification date if this occurs later) for an initial period of twelve (12) months. It is tacitly renewable three (3) times for successive periods of twelve (12) months, without its total duration exceeding four (4) years.
