Tender Details

The framework agreement will be executed by issuing purchase orders. Each lot will be awarded separately. Services are regulated by unit prices. The purpose of the framework agreement concerns the supply to the City of Rennes of materials electrical equipment necessary for the preventive and curative maintenance of electrical equipment in municipal buildings and equipment. In accordance with the provisions of articles L. 2111-2 and R. 2111-7 et seq. of the Public Order Code, the solutions proposed by the candidate must comply with the standards and other documents such as approvals or technical benchmarks set out in the unit price schedule, or respect these specifications in an equivalent manner. It is up to the candidate to provide proof, in its offer, that the solutions it proposes respect in an equivalent manner the technical specifications formulated by reference to standards and other technical documents
