Tenders are invited for Supply of 20 Nos. Double Block & Bleed (DBB) Valves in Different Sizes
A Pre-bid meeting will be held at 1000 hrs. Sri Lanka local time (GMT+5:30) on 18th January 2024 via video conferencing method
Bids will be closed at 1400 hrs. Sri Lanka local time (GMT+5:30) on 30th January 2024 and will be opened immediately thereafter at the office of Manager (Procurement) in the presence of the authorized representatives of the bidders who chose to attend. Only one authorized member of respective bidder is allowed to participate/witness the tender opening procedure.
Bid shall necessarily be valid for acceptance minimum until 30th April 2024, from the date of opening of the bid.
Bids shall be accompanied by a bid security of Sri Lankan Rupees Seven hundred thousand (LKR 700, 000.00) or United States Dollars Two thousand two hundred (USD 2, 200.00), which shall be valid minimum until 28th May 2024 from the date of opening of the bid.
Bidders shall register themselves at the Registrar of Public Contracts of Sri Lanka www.eroc.drc.gov.lk in accordance with the Public Contracts Act. No 3 of 1987, only if the total contract value exceeds Sri Lankan Rupees Five million (LKR 5, 000, 000.00).
