The subject of procurement is the supply of various disposable surgical instruments for various gastrointestinal operations for 12 (twelve) months from the date of entry into force of the contract or until the agreed amount of goods in monetary terms is reached (whichever condition comes earlier) in accordance with the technical specification-technical-financial offer and draft contract. Place of delivery of goods - SIA "Jūrmalas slimnīca", Vienības prospect 19/21, Jūrmala. Procurement is divided into 4 (four) parts as follows: Kits for bariatric surgery Bypass, Kit for bariatric surgery Sleeve, Ultrasonic Coagulation Scissors with manual control and Cannulae and Trocar. The tenderer may submit a tender for one or more fully tendered parts of the procurement. The applicant must submit an offer for the full scope of the subject of an open tender, i.e. for all specified positions in the specific procurement part.
