1)The City of Panabo through the Appropriation Ordinance No. 28, Series 2025- CMO-PDEA -MOOE- Fuel, Oil and Lubricants Expenses intends to apply the sum of Three Hundred Ninety-Nine Thousand Nine Hundred Seventy Pesos Only (P 399, 970.00) at Pump Price being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Bid No. 2026-09-160. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening
2)The City Government of Panabo now invites bids for Supply of Diesel and Gasoline for City Mayor-s Office-PDEA (REBID). Delivery of the Goods is in staggered release upon issuance of withdrawal slip in the total number of liters at pump price commensurate to the approved budget of the contract.
