Description: The object of the contract is:

1. supply of consumables:

- disposable dialysis equipment: arteriovenous lines, hemodialysis needles, dialyzers, in quantities and with required parameters set out in Annex 1a (parts 1 to 3) to this specification,

- concentrates, filters as described and in the quantities set out in Annex 1a to the specification (part 4);

2. lease of 15 dialysis machines meeting the conditions set out in Annex 1b to the ToR. The contracting authority will pay a monthly lease (specified in the tender) from the moment of delivery of the equipment;

3. securing the technical service of the dialysis station.

The Contractor shall be obliged to ensure, from Monday to Saturday, between from 7.00 to 15.00, a qualified service technician who will be responsible for keeping the equipment permanently in service ...
