Description : 1. The Tariff Commission (TC), through the Republic Act No. 12116 (General Appropriations Act FY 2025), intends to apply the sum of TWO MILLION FIVE HUNDRED THOUSAND PESOS ONLY (₱2, 500, 000.00) being the ABC as payment under the contract for the Supply, Development, Installation, Configuration, Testing and Delivery of the Tariff Classification Information System - Online Application System (TCIS-OAS) 3.0 (TC-PBGDS-2026-01). Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2. The TC now invites bids for the Supply, Development, Installation, Configuration, Testing and Delivery of the Tariff Classification Information System - Online Application System (TCIS-OAS) 3.0 (TC-PBGDS-2026-01). Delivery of the Goods is required within 180 calendar days from receipt of the Notice to Proceed.
