Invitation of bids as per Shopping method under open National Competitive Bidding Procedure. Bid documents for the above bid will be issued between 9.00 a.m. and 2.00 p.m. on working days from 15.03.2024 until 07.04.2024
at the address given below upon payment of the non-refundable fee and refundable deposit for each category to the Shroff of the Zonal Education Office, Gampaha and the receipt obtained along with a letter of request for
documents on a business letterhead should be submitted to the General Administration Division to obtain bid documents.

Bids will be opened immediately after closing of bids at 10.00 a.m. on 08.04.2024 at the Zonal Education Office, Gampaha. Bidder or his authorized representative may be present at the time of opening of bids.

Sealed bids may either be deposited in the bid box kept in the Zonal AHNHBGL, MEducation Office, Gampaha or sent by registered post addressed to Zonal Director of Education, Zonal Education Office, Gampaha to receive before
10.00 a.m. on 08.04.2024. Late bids will be rejected. All bids submitted should be valid until 31.12.2024.
