. The Local Government Unit of Buug, Zamboanga Sibugay, through the General l Fund of 2026 ntends to apply the sum of FOUR HUNDRED FIFTY NINE THOUSAND FOUR HUNDRED PESOSy (Php 459, 400.00 )being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payment under the contract for the Supply and delivery of Anti-Rabies Vaccine Bids received in excess on the ABC shall be automatically rejected on the bid opening.
2. The Local Government Unit of Buug now invites bids for the above project Bidders should have completed within three (3) years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II, Instructions to Bidders.
