Section I. Invitation to Bid
Supply, Delivery, Installation, Certification, Testing and Commissioning of Various Food Processing Equipment for the Shared Service Facility on the Development of Ginger Processing Project in Cervantes, Ilocos Sur
1. The Department of Trade and Industry-Region 1 (DTI-R1), through the General Appropriations Act intends to apply the sum of Five Hundred Sixty-Five Thousand Pesos (Php 565, 000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the -A"Supply, Delivery, Installation, Certification, Testing and Commissioning of Various Food Processing Equipment for the Shared Service Facility on Ginger Processing Project located at Cervantes, Ilocos Sur. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

2. The DTI now invites bids for the supply, delivery, installation, certification, testing and commissioning of equipment for the Shared Service Facility on Tiger Grass Industry in Apayao, San Gabriel, La Union. Delivery of the equipment is required to be completed within Thirty (30) days from receipt of Notice to Proceed. Bidders should have completed, within Three(3) years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II. Instructions to Bidders.
