INVITATION TO BID FOR SUPPLY & DELIVERY OF WELFARE GOODS - RICE
1. The Barangay Culaman, Municipality of Malita, through the ER1-94/RWMHEF of CY 2026 - intends to apply the sum of One Million Four Hundred Ninety-Nine Thousand Nine Hundred Ninety-Eight Pesos (Php 1, 499, 998.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Supply & Delivery of Welfare Goods - Rice with reference no. 2026-06-006. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2. The Barangay Culaman, Municipality of Malita, now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Delivery of the Goods is required by twenty (20) calendar days from the receipt of approved Notice to Proceed. Bidders should have completed a contract similar to the Project.
