1. The Municipality of Loreto Agusan del Sur, through the General Funds intends to apply the sum of Two Million One Hundred Seventy Thousand Six Hundred Seventy Four Pesos and 95/100 (Php 2, 170, 674.95) Only being the ABC to payments under the contract for SUPPLY & DELIVERY OF VARIOUS SUPPLIES AND MATERIALS FOR THE CONSTRUCTION OF MULTI-PURPOSE BUILDING (PUROK 8 POBLACION) PHASE II Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2. The Municipality of Loreto Agusan del Sur now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Delivery of the Goods is required by 45 Calendar Days.
