The Talavera General Hospital, through its Bids and Awards Committee (BAC), intends to Apply the sum of FIFTY-TWO THOUSAND NINE HUNDRED PESOS (Php52, 900.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) from Income Fund for payments under the contract for Supply & Delivery of Various Medical Instruments for Out-Patient Department.
The Contract will be awarded to the Bidder whose price quotation is the most advantageous and responsive to the requirements of the BAC. Please quote your lowest price on the Supply & Delivery of Various Medical Instruments for Out-Patient Department, the Bids and Awards Committee shall not be bound to accept the lowest or any price quotation, which, in its judgment is, not advantageous to the government. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected.
