Description : 1. The PNOC Exploration Corporation (PNOC EC), through the Indicative 2025 Corporate Budget intends to apply the sum of Thirty-Five Million Pesos (Php35, 000, 000.00), inclusive of all applicable taxes and other charges with the total ABC to payments under the contract for Supply, Delivery, Unloading and Installation of One (1) Lot Heavy-Duty Horizontal Bending Machine (Roller Type) for Mine 4 Coal Project. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2. The PNOC EC now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Supply and delivery of goods and services are required within One Hundred Twenty (120) calendar days, after receipt of Notice to Proceed and Contract/Purchase Order. Bidders should have completed, within the past Five (5) years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project.
