1. The Municipal Government of Busuanga, through Continuing Fund intends to apply the sum of Three Million Pesos (Php 3, 000, 000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for SUPPLY & DELIVERY OF THREE (3) SETS OF DESKTOP COMPUTERS FOR MUNICIPAL TREASURY OFFICE.Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2. The Municipal Government of Busuanga now invites bids for SUPPLY & DELIVERY OF THREE (3) SETS OF DESKTOP COMPUTERS FOR MUNICIPAL TREASURY OFFICE. Delivery of the Goods is required five(5) days. Bidders should have completed, within One (1) year from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project.
