1. The Department of Agriculture Regional Field Office No. 5 (DA RFO 5), through the National Expenditure Program (NEP) for CY 2024 ILD Fund intends to apply the sum of Fifty Million Pesos Only (Php50, 000, 000.00) being the total ABC to payments under the contract for ITB No. 08-GOODS-ILD-2024.
Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening. Partial Bid is allowed.
