A. GENERAL REQUIREMENTS FOR LOT 1 AND 2
- Brand new, unused, latest standard production model, complete with integrated camera, remote controller, batteries, charger, and all accessories necessary for normal operation.
- Shall comply with applicable Civil Aviation Authority of the Philippines (CAAP) regulations and other relevant standards, where applicable.
- Supply, delivery, testing, commissioning, and acceptance shall be completed within ninety (90) calendar days from receipt of the Purchase Order.
- Minimum one (1) year manufacturer-s warranty covering the aircraft, remote controller, batteries, charger, and supplied accessories.
- Minimum one (1) year technical support, including firmware/software updates, warranty service, repairs, and availability of spare parts through an authorized service center or local after-sales support within the Philippines.
