Description : INVITATION TO BID FOR THE SUPPLY & DELIVERY OF TENTS, STANCHION POSTS, HOSE, FLAG POLES & BLOCKADES FOR SPORTS & RECREATIONAL ACTIVITIES & EVENTS
1. The City Government of Muntinlupa, through its duly approved 2025 Executive Budget intends to apply the sum of One Million One Hundred Sixty Eight Thousand Seven Hundred Pesos (P1, 168, 700.00) being the ABC to payments under the contract for Supply & Delivery of Tents, Stanchion Posts, Hose, Flag Poles & Blockades for Sports & Recreational Activities & Events/2552. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2. The City Government of Muntinlupa now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Delivery of the Goods is required within 30-60 days from the issuance of the Notice to Proceed. Bidders should have completed, within two (2) years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project.
