1. The Municipal Government of Malita, through the MO - Repairs and Maintenance - Heavy Equipment (MAINT. & OTHER OPERATING SERVICES) intends to apply the sum of One Million Nine Hundred Twenty-eight Thousand One Hundred Fourteen Pesos Only (Php 1, 928, 114.00) being the ABC to payments under the contract for Supply & Delivery of Materials for Installation of Sparepart, Oil and Lubricants for Heavy Equipment / M2511-991. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2. The Municipal Government of Malita, now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Delivery of the Goods is required by Ten (10) calendar days from the receipt of approved Notice to Proceed. Bidders should have completed, within the last 2 years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project.
