1. The Municipal Government of Busuanga, through LDRRMF 2026 intends to apply the sum of Nine Hundred Sixty Thousand Pesos (Php 960, 000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Supply & Delivery of Rice for Prepositioning/Stockpiling of Basic Emergency Food Supplies.Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2. The Municipal Government of Busuanga now invites bids for Supply & Delivery of Rice for Prepositioning/Stockpiling of Basic Emergency Food Supplies. Delivery of the Goods is required Twenty (20) days. Bidders should have completed, within One (1) year from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project.
